Menstrual Cramp Tea!

Does anyone heard of herb to treat heavy bleeding and severe pain associated with menstrual? Or does anybody have ever tried such herbs? I have done my research matter of fact I spend all the time researching to my menstrual heavy bleeding and severe cramping. I have encounter everywhere about cramp bark. I am going to Sprouts tomorrow to see if they do have that in tincture or in pill. I will try that to see if it does work. I need to do this before my menstruation is coming. They said drink this a week before menstruation. OTC meds will not do any good to me. Anyone?
