I know a very easy recipe that's usually a big hit. It's chip dip, and everyone I've made it for loves it.
You need refried beans, sour cream, and cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese mix. You can also use guacamole, black olives, etc - whatever you like.
You heat up the beans and then spread them in the bottom of a cake pan or casserole dish. Then you put on the layer of sour cream, and then the cheese. Other ingredients can be added at any point after the beans. There's no rules on a how much you need of what - you make it to suit your tastes. Add tortilla chips and voila! Tasty chip dip.

Oh, it's awesome, and it only takes about 10 - 15 minutes to make. And most of that is from heating up the beans, which you don't even really have to pay much attention to.

have you ever made spaghetti salad. it is so good & easy to make to. boil your spaghetti, amount depends on how much u want to make. cut up onions, tomatoes, peppers, celery, cucumbers & i put canned mushrooms & pour italian dressing over it. it's better if it sits awhile. u can add other things if u want to. i have thought about putting chipped up ham in mine but haven't done that yet.
