I do prefer wheat bred. Not only for the health, but becouse it keeps you longer feed. white bred is god for toasts. I never have the same breakfast every day, i try to different my food. Some day´s I have porriged. But my first drink in the mornings are coffee.

I preferred wheat bread too for the same reason. It is more nutritious than the white bread.
We always have stocks of wheat bread in the house because hubby likes it and this is his food every time he goes to work, he used wheat bread sandwich for his lunch.

Hi there!
I also prefer to eat wheat bread. If possible and available I eat wheat bread everyday. It helps me make poop easily because of the fiber it contains. Fibers aid in bowel movement so I don't get constipated. Good for the health!

we love wheat bread too, it helps me a lot to ease my constipation, and the guilt to eat is less when i eat wheat bread.

well, i definitely prefer white bread, but at home, we only have wheat bread, so when i get to eat white bread it's like a treat. i guess it reminds me of when i was little, because back then we were big on white bread... i love eating peanut butter sandwiches, but it must be on white bread. it isn't quite the same with wheat bread, you know. but i guess my family is a lot more health conscious now, so we only buy wheat bread.
