Do you use dental floss?

Do you floss after you eat or you are just content with just brushing? I also use floss when there are only food particles stucked between my teeth that i can't take off when brushing. Unlike my husband, it's his habit of flossing after he eats then after flossing, he'll brush his teeth. I heard flossing is good for the gums but I am not used to eat and sometimes my gums bleed when I floss.

i try to rember to floss my teeth. before i go to sleep i use to have that with my teeth my gums would bleed but they say if your teeth bleed your gums are health

really?! i've never heard that before:-) i don't feel comfortable seeing or tasting blood on my mouth when i floss so i choose not to floss. I just brush my teeth the best way i can:-)
