do you like being manipulated or hate it?

[b][b]i have this co-worker who is a midwife in our area and i just found out this morning that most of the co-workers in our area hated her. well i kinda don't like the attitude that she has towards me aside from her becoming aloof towards me, she is a bit manipulative that only thing she wants is her decision to be followed. she always screams and talks really loud as if she treats us the way she treats her husband. she always thinks she is right. well, i just talk to her in a civil way and that i ignore her when she talks so loud.
how do you deal with this type of personality?[/b]

I haven't tried meeting someone like that in any place where I work before! That must be hard, well, maybe if I am part of the team, I will tell her face to face not to talk to me with a loud voice, I can perfectly hear her and will report her attitude to the supervisor so she will be advised...I do know if she is aware of that, if that is how she treat her husband or anyone in her family, maybe she thinks that it is very normaL and other has to adjust to her! Hmmmm...I don't like to be manipulated! We have to deal other co-workers professionally![/i]

[b]haha! even though i report her to our supervisor nothing will happen because the supervisor herself can't work things out. you know what in our area the bond of group is not as strong as you think. ahahha! well what i have told myself is to report and do my work alone. that is it. there is a boundary between a friend relationship to a co-worker relationship.
i admire you for always answering my discussions.

[i]ohhh...that sucks! LOL! Anyway, if I am in the same situation, I will just think she didn't exist and will just enjoy working alone too! LOL!
