Just got a perm

I just got back from getting a perm. My hair is naturally really thick and wavy so it usually looks wild. Unless I spend about an hour flat ironing it. With my 4 and a half year old son and my 3 week old son I dont have time to do that. So I thought it would be easier just to get a perm. That way all i have to do is put so gel in and go and my hair doesnt look crazy.

I know what you mean about hair being thick and wavy. Mine is that too and gets very dry(Darn my dad's side of the family lol). I get my hair relaxed at least every 3rd month. After I would get my hair relaxed and the ends clipped, I tried to stretch it by setting it with rollers or pincurling it with bobbi pins and greasing the scalp to keep it nice. I can tell you, it helps me a lot and my hair is thanking me for it a lot. Also I am making myself not use the blow dryer as I learned that heat damages the hair.

i use to have a perm but my hair stated breacing realy bad in the back that realy sucked cus my back of my head grow slow anyway so its realy bad.
