how long can you solve a rubik's cube

Oh man...I could never figure those things out...An old friend of mine came in second place in a rubik's cube competion...Apparently he can solve one in about 45 seconds...That to me, is ridiculous... -Mike

That cube is so popular in school now. I have solved rubik's cube when I was in high school, I just don't know if I could solve it now. At first it was hard, but if you practice constantly then you could solve it. I might consider to include this in our Math Fair contest. The fastest to complete rubik's cube wins!

Now this is something I can say I really wanted to do but did nothing about it yet. I don't know what's wrong with me. I see kids (high school and college students) with rubik's cube just about anywhere and I sometimes long to do it myself. I love mathematics and logics, I love problem solving and stuff and I just get so envious when I see these kids with immersed with their cubes. Hey! I wanna do that too. But then, when i go to the mall and see the cubes for sale, I cannot make myself buy myself one. What's wrong with me? Gosh! I think I better stick to my novel writing... but I do want to try that cube someday, I'm sure I'll be able to know the tricks and then who knows? I might even be your brother's competition... (I wish)

I do not have any memory of ever solving a rubics cube haha. I know that I am smart but not in the rubics cube kind of way haha. I have friends who can do this in a very short time.

I have never solved one. I am no good at them. I can't think out the moves far enough ahead to work it out!
