I have been very good and have made some nice homes for any hedgehogs that may come into the garden this autumn.
Just used loads of twigs nad put them behind big plant pots and in corners of the garden. All places where the cats won't go.
I wonder now if we shall see any hedgehogs

Hello Anne18
Awww I wish I had known how to make a house for a hedgehog as we had one in our garden just a few weeks ago and it was such a sweet little thing too. I guess we weren't hospitable enough as later that day it was nowhere to be seen. You get given so much advice of what to do and what not to do when it comes to hedgehogs it's hard to know what's the right thing to do!

How sweet of you! I don't think we have hedgehogs living around here, but my sister-in-law used to raise them as pets. The little babies are so cute! She would hold them in the palm of her hand and rub their tummies. We do have plenty of bunnies in our neighborhood, though. I piled sticks at the end of the hedge to give them a refuge.
