I am not into dream interpretations very much, but.....

I had a dream the other morning where I can't remember much of it except for this strange part. Someone had done some strange surgery on my elbows. It was surgery that I did not know ahead of time about and did not know about until I woke up from whereever I was in the dream and found the incisions and stitches on both elbows...the outside or back of them. I had this enormous feeling that someone had "stolen" something from inside my elbows but I had no idea what that something was. My left elbow had a much longer incision than the right elbow and I remember trying to make sense out of that too. I am right handed, but don't know if that had anything to do with it or not. There were other people in the dream but I don't remember who they were, other than that I knew them well and was asking them what happened. I remember I woke up from my sleep and had to check my elbows because the dream was so vivid and realistic that I thought maybe someone had done this in my real sleep. I have arthritis in my knees and may someday get knee replacement surgery, but that is not anytime soon and I don't think that had anything to do with this dream. Any ideas???
