Every weekend when I go to breakfast I see an elderly man eating "one donut" using his knife and fork to eat it. I'm not sure why. I had to wonder if that was a special treat and all he could afford.
When my husband and I got ready to leave I ordered a breakfast, and told the waitress to take the breakfast over to the man after we had left. Who knows if that meant anything to him or not.
I'm sure each of you have done something. List a few things here, just for fun.

That was a pretty nice thing that you did. I wised there were more people in the world like you. Well what I do is incomparable to what you did. Every time I eat out and I have leftovers or every time I have a little extra food I just give it to those whom I see needy. I love walking around and I always see people living in streets, mostly children and instead of giving them money I just give them food, I think its better that way. If only I was rich enough to afford giving them a job. That is one of the goals I have in my life, to be in a position where I can help people make better of themselves.

Mobilecubie,
What you are doing sounds absolutely great! I like your sharing these things, ...as sometimes I get down on myself and others, and this helps.
The other day I talked with a woman that works in a bookstore I frequent. She says she often finds baby birds, and uses a doll baby bottle to raise them. Later she releases them. She says when she goes outside to hang up her laundry, these birds will fly around her. They remember her.
I was stuck by this kindness to our animal friends as well. She made me want to go out and do something for the animal kingdom as well. walkgal karen

Wow what a lovely deed she does. I could only take care of our pets at home. When it rain hard I often get into trouble with my dad because I'd let our big dog in and he would often make a mess i the house, but its alright with me since I prefer to get in trouble than to let our dog get wet outside. I bet if only more people did good things to each other and to our environment we'll have a better place to live in.
