Hi, do you cook with mustard oil and have a favourite recipe to share? And, does mustard oil add anything to the dish?

I have never heard of mustard oil so have never cooked with it. I cook with black mustard seeds in some of my Indian dishes and I love the flavor it adds. What is mustard oil and where do you get it? What kind of dishes do you use it for?
