Do you rate discussions - do you resolve your discussions?

Since these activities are part of the site - do you do these things? I'm thinking that this is part of how we get paid, yet wonder if people are taking the time to do them. Do you rate and resolve your discussions?

I do rate the responses I have received and even on the other thread. If I can say something for t he good comments or responses, then I just rate them as an appreciation for the poster.

I think we do owe it to our fellow posters to show them that appreciation.

of course, I rate and resolve everything it is only fair, people took the time to respond to you, so it is nice when you acknowledge back.

You are very correct - when people make the effort to post here, they deserve to have recognition from the rest of us of the contributions that they make.

Anything that has a rating option available, I try to make sure to rate. Even if I do not comment. I have some discussions waiting to be resolved. I notice that I earn about a penny a piece for resolving them. I do not know what I earn for rating, but I do know that it helps my friends with their reputation, because I rate + 99% of the time. Yes, it is part of the activity on myLot.

I do get behind with resolving my discussions sometimes, and I probably don't start as many as I should.

Yes, I am starting to do this even more now.. I am finding it very easier to do than before... I enjoy rating a discussion as positive..

The rating system is good as long as people don't abuse it. It isn't to be used just because someone has a different opinion, but rather when the quality of the post is lacking. We must also not hesitate to report those that are abusing their use of this site.

Oh yes, I just did it and until now I am not yet done with it. It is just funny and embarrassing too because I make a comment to some discussions that were 3 -4 months ago already. I have been here for 4 months now and was not able to make a comment to some of responses my friends make on my discussions. I did not even remember the topics that I made, not until I hit the unresolved discussions. anyway, I did not but not yet finished. I have to do it sometime today. I already spend nearly 5 hours just for that.

I'm working on mine today, and I'm discovering that there are some responses that I do need to respond to that I missed before.

yeah i do resolved and rated all my discussions i started and rated to the comments and response of other fellow mylotters to my discussion. And in resolving my discussions i let months to pass to better find the best response of the discussion. Yeah you right it also helps on our earnings when we solved our discussions and give ratings to the response i received..

I have to admit that I am not necessarily good and regularly resolving my discussions, but then, as you have said, that gives time to get all the responses possible.
