The Cable Company is driving me crazy!! (rant)

ah, this is just a simple rant. I just had someone over from Time Warner Cable to fix my box since the picture kept freezing. I wait all day and the show up at the ending of the scheduled time. They spent almost an hour fixing it, changed the digital cable, check the connections and fixed them. it seems fine, they go AND not even 10 min. later the stupid thing freezes again, but this time it quickly switches to a black screen. the direct cable in my bedroom is fine, so it has to be the stupid box. this is the 3rd box they've given me. i just got a new one last year. so i had to call and get ANOTHER appointment, this time on my nephews birthday and my kids parents night, to have them come and fix the stupid thing. i don't know. I'm getting so frustrated now i just wanna take a bucket of ice cream and just eat it.
i thought it would be fixed so i could watch tv tonight since the only time i watch anything is at night. can't use the one in the bedroom because that's where my kids are sleeping and the think is hella small. ack! then the lady on the phone asked for a rating so i said 7 (out of 10) and then she asked the reason for that and i couldn't think of anything but i just don't like the result, but i didn't say it because it was just rude. i've had other people from the same company make me feel a little better, but hey, she just got me at the wrong time after a 40min wait after calling 3 times.

you know what the funny thing is. after my husband got home at 12m i checked it again and it was working fine. my husband had the tv on for a little while after i went to sleep and he said it was fine. i've had it on since 8 this morning and it hasn't screwed up yet...IT KEEPS DOING THAT!
my husband said to keep the appointment because if i cancel it and it starts up again. the only other option is switching to the AT&T cable which i'm hesitant to do so. we only got one choice for a regular cable company in the building. i don't give if they switch boxes, just do it quickly before my shows start, if it starts messing up on HEROES i'm gonna go NUT!!!

I am going to tell you about time warner cable they suck get a new calbe company and I say this because I've worked for them and I took calls to help peopel when they needed it I was only there for 6 months and every call i got was something wong with my cable of internet. I try everthing I was told to do to fix it but it alway ended up with you need a new box. Other people were cancling and going to some one else, just thought I'd let you know.
