Is the milk really pure?

With so much rise in pollution, adulteration and what not.... we find that everything is bad and of low quality.
I sometimes feel that the milk (supposed to be the most nutritious and wholesome food is adulterated as well.
Now what do u feel about drinking milk everyday?
