Are U Expert Making Titles for Discussions?

I have felt that some of the new friends who joined recently have got expertise in choosing attractive titles for their discussions. Some time we are attracted to the topic and nodded for a responses and when we read the full discussion it deceived its title. In one of such discussion, some one pointed out that your real topic is missing from the discussion, he responded that I know I have done to make it more attractive to seek more responses.
