When my husband and I were engaged to be married, we thought it would be nice to pair up a couple of friends. "J" was my friend and "D" was his friend. Should work out right? Well it might have if D didn't decide to completely ignore J and proceed to drink and drink and drink until completely sloshed! I felt so humiliated. They seemed like they'd be great together. The hardest part was that they were both later in our wedding party for the ceremony. Fortunately, my bridesmaid J walked down the aisle with another groomsman (not D) Do you matchmake? Why or why not? Has it ever been a perfect match? Has it been disasterous?
