Well today after I had to replay somehting that happened at work, and due to HIPPA policies I cannot speak on it LOL, I got to thinking. When someone asks you to recall a certain event do you do so successfully meaning in specific details? Like time, places, people, and even how they looked. Because in my situation I was able to recall every step I took, but some things like exact time where not important to me at the moment. More like safety. It got me to thinking when someone is recalling an event in the matters of an accident or crime...I can see how the other side might take advantage of this minor lapse in memory. What do you say?

I have a great memory so I can usually recall plenty of things. Its a blessing and a curse, I try to fight fair but sometimes... I'm sure there are people who take advantage when people can't recall certain details, they challenge peoples credibility by making them feel bad for forgeting something important.
