who want to live longer?

ofcourse we can live longer
by simple breathing excercise
Take deep inspiration abdomin has to come outside
and forcefully do expiration abdomin has to go inside
......(abdomin has to shoot inside like a gun).......
do it faster for 3 minutes and take a pause
Repeat it 15 times early in the morning
it is taken from Pathanjali Ramdev yoga lessons
this breathing will remove toxic gases from abdomin and chest
thus our body will be free from toxins,surely we will longer
plesae practise this and share ur views and interpretation.......

I have seen a lot of people do this. Although i always called it meditating of some sort. It seems to relax the body and starts a nice blood flow!!

I don't want to live longer. But if I live even for a few years I would prefer it to be a quality life. So health and spiritual development would be really important for me. Yoga is excellent for health. Ramdev baba has taught so many easy yoga techniques, that if one follows them, they will really benefit from them. Simple breating exercises are very good and can help reduce so many diseases. Even people with blockages in their heart vessels have shown improvement and in some cases the blockages have dissolved completely. No medicine is required. Just yoga done in a correct way can yeild a lot of benefits.
