Downloading a Website?

There is a website made about a game which I often use. It is very helpful, but it means when I'm playing the game and need to check this site I have to go to the other computer in my house, look up the website, find the page I need then go back to playing the game. It is a real hassle, espicially if someone is on the computer. WHat I want to know is: Is there a way for me to download this website and then move it onto my computer so that when I am playing I can just drop down the game, open up the page I need, continue playing? I don't actually need the whole website, just part of it. The website is http://www.usep.net/wiki/Main_Page
It is for the Elder Scrolls games, and I only need the parts about Morrowind + the expansions (Tribunal and Bloodmoon).
Also, if it helps, I can always connect the computer I have Morrowind on to the internet temporaraly.
Thanks
