BArgain Shopping for food

We have 4 different Bargain Food stores within 50 miles of my home and I try to get to each at least biweekly, how often do you buy "crash and dent" food items? Do you go to discount food stores? How much do you save on groceries by going to these stores?

we go to walmart and publix most of the time. they have sales there. my husband sometimes dont want me to buy the ones on sale coz he said they're not good. we buy a lot of cokes though coz sometimes its not on sale. i buy meats on sale as well. even cereals, hamburger helpers, and even kitchen supplies. sometimes it saves us $10-$15 a week
