what do you do?

i always have some problems everytime i met new people...speechless is one of them...i have no ideas what to start with or what words to start with...in one second, i will become quite...secondly, i don't feel comfortable or confident being around with new people. I dont know why... And lastly, nervous is always there everytime i met new person, my heart beats faster than usual but it will last shortly after a few conversation...what about you? do you have the same feeling as mine? how do you encounter these problems?
