Amber Alert ... Have you seen this child

Have you seen this child , if so please contact your local police dispatch !! We hve all this this on t.v , heard this on the radio , seen posters and flyers stuck to bulletin boards and on telephone poles , seen emails going around and have seen Amber alerts otu there , in which indiviudals are looking for your help in finding a lost loved one .... So how much attention to you pay this when you come across a situation where someone is asking for your help ? Do you turn up your television on the off chance you have seen this person , turn up your radio , do you actually stop to look at the bullentins on your way to the grocery store , do you even open your email when you see this heading ? What if you thought you recognized someone , would you clal and report this or would you be more hesitant on the off chance you were wrong ? What if this were your loved one and you were asking for help !! Are we so buy with our daily lives that we don't stop and pay as close attention to this as we could ? As a society is there not more we could do to help find loved ones ?
