Google hates Pay per post programs ?

Is it really true that google have some silent policies against pay per post programs? I was browsing through to know more about this. I have joined with PPP-Payperpost and izea - social spark for padi to post options. But worried about this news that google will punish those sites having such links to PPPs.
Do you have any idea? Please share.
