I just saw the preview clip again on another site, the one with Bailey calling time of death on Derek. It's nice to know this....
"Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: By now you will have deduced that this is a dream sequence, seeing as how the title of the episode is "Dream a Little Dream of Me." ... But Derek is stabbed later in the episode, and Nurse Rose (Lauren Stamile) has something to do with it. That lady is full-on Looney Tunes."
Sounds like Rose don't take it so well when he breaks up with her!

Despite the fact that Rose is crazy, I liked her and Derrick together. I actually think he treated her kind of bad. And I don't really care for him and Meredith together. She is so loopy and emotionally stagnated. I understand she has issues with relationships and all that but if a man is that good to you don't make him pay for others mistakes. I can't wait for it to come on though to see what happens.

Yeah, it does kinda seem like Derek used Rose. Ok, Meredith gone, I'll be with you now. Oh, wait, she's back...go away now!

Good thing it is a dream. Derek and Meredith make the show. I never like looney Rose anyways. What a great twist on things though...her stabbing Derek!

It will be interesting to see what all they come up with this season on GA. I had a feeling Rose probably wasn't going to take the break up well. I briefly caught a clip on tv of (I think!) Rose saying she was pregnant and Derek was the father? I'm looking forward to the season premiere!
