Do you use them?
I am a fan of walkthroughs, especially for games such as Final Fantasy and RPGs which have a lot of side quests. I don't mind spoilers that much and using walkthroughs makes getting through difficult parts of games easy. I try not to be too dependent on them, though, as that would take the thrill out of playing the game by myself.
So, how about you guys? Do you use walkthroughs or are you the type who enjoys figuring out the secrets of games yourself?

For me, I also use walkthroughs sometimes as there are times when we want our games to be perfect. I try to choose walkthroughs that doesn't give away spoilers and just leads you to the right path.

Yes, I understand what you mean about wanting our games to be perfect. Sometimes, I try to follow walkthroughs to a "T" just because I'm afraid I'm going to miss out on something.
I'm really grateful for spoiler-free walkthroughs too. =)

I love walkthroughs, too. Well, yeah, I refer to them lots of times now, most especially if I'm totally lost in the game or to find the rarest items. The spoilers? Although I read it, for me it doesn't spoil my game. It makes me excited to see what's gonna happen instead. Thanks.

I am so glad for walkthroughs but I only use them when I am stuck and tried everything else to advance first.

i love walkthroughs, i even get them for open-ended games like animal crossing. there's nothing like trying to play a perfect game heheh. my brother's rule is first, he plays through the game without a walkthrough and then he will try to play a perfect game using one. when i first play a game, i don't usually get a walkthrough, but once it gets just a little bit hard, i would go online and get one right away. some people think it's cheating though.... but i disagree! LOL i also don't mind spoilers. the only game in which i was hesitant about getting a walkthrough was ace attorney, i held of getting one until i got totally stuck. i got one without the spoilers.
