Going For a Walk

Do you enjoy walking?
I haven't been walking as exercise in months. I usually just do my exercise video (Kathy Irland), but I'm not losing weight, and I need to lose some weight. I've heard that changing your exercise routine can help, so I thought I would go for a walk this morning. Having said that I guess I should get up and go. Bye!

Get out there girl!!!!! I was on a role half running and half walking at this gorgeous park for 6 to 8 miles a day. I was looking sooo good. Then I stopped for a little while and I lost that beautiful tone in my legs that I was obtaining. I have to do it myself again. Like now would be good. Maybe I'll force myself since you mentioned it. It's very good to do that on a regular basis. If you walk, make sure you fast walk briskly so it actually does something. If you do it I will.

I did it!!!! I went out later than you because I had to get myself geared up for it, but I forced myself to go and I did!!. Thanks to you! I would have never gone if it weren't for you. Thank you so much for the incentive . You did something good for someone today. I feel so good right now. I just got back. I can't believe I went 7 miles and it took me an hour and 15 minutes . I ran and walked on and off. I was gonna turn back, but I kept saying you can do it Carrie!!! and I kept going and went the whole way around the lake. It makes it so much easier to go that long because this lake looks like a fairy tale. Deer and Blue haring birds and great scenery. If I was running or walking on a regular street, i wouldn't want to go that far because it would seem way too long and boring and I would probably get out of breath quicker too. It's all in the surroundings. I went back to smoking too so it hurt a little but I just didn't give up thanks to you.. Now we have to do this at least 3 times a week. By the way, enough about me. Congratulations to you. I'm glad you went. Do you feel good too? We're good girls. Or you could be a male, I don't know. ha Good health to you. Carrie (your running walking partner)

I love to walk! Walking is one of the best excercises you can do. Not only does it feel good pysically for you, it can be a stress releaser too.
When I go for my walks which is mostly daily I have a great time. It's peaceful,at this time of the year the weather is fantastic! I hear the birds chirping, seeing people walking their dogs, the fresh air smells so good,etc. I could probebly go on and on!

Walking supposed to be good exercise.
I was doing a exercise video called the 5 mile walk.
You can do a mile at a time or 3 however you want to do it.
You do kicks and have weights and do different things.
After 2 month I didn't loose anything.
Now i just walk whenever I get a chance.
After i get of the bus it's a mile to work
instead of waiting for the other bus I walk.
Still i'm not loosing weight.

I love to walk..especially brisk walk.I am alsp trying to lose someweight now adays.I go to the gym and walk on the treadmil for 30 minutes at 6 miles per hour.This gives me so much energy and makes me relaxed.I think i will lose weight very soon.I also take a walk in the evenings while i go for grocery shopping.It is very important to maintain this habit and it is very beneficial in the long run.
