why i earn lowest today for this month??

The answer is very simiiar to why the earnings were not as high in a week. It may be because you left smaller responses than you normally do. Or it could be because you started less discussions than you normally do. Or the discussions you have started have not been as popular as discussions you may have started in the past, or you are just not answering as many discussions as you usually do. Write long meaningful anwers, start lots of discussions. Also posting pictures really does help. So if you can add some photos to your discussions.

Me... Consistantly hitting lowest earings from past few weeks. You dont believe if i tell that for last two months i have never reached my Payout. I am still long way from achieving it. Its Just 5.45$. Long way to go. You dont get worry you have people who are earning less than you, just like me. My Lowest earning is 3Cents, and I achieved this more than 10 times. He hee.
