why our mind creating negative dreams towards us?

I have had dreams like that or shall I say nightmares. I've always hated them. But after reading something in a book, I got a new perspective about even the bad dreams. I think they represent something we are struggling against or a hurdle we are trying to overcome. Having dreams like this to me means we are now face to face with our obstacle in our waking lives. Now I try to pay attention to as many details of those dreams as I can remember because I think they hold important keys to overcoming specific challenges we may be facing at the time. Take care.

What you are talking about are better known as nightmares and the reason we have them is because our subconscious is trying to get our attention...More often than not there are messages in our dreams..for example solutions to problems, answers to how to deal with certain situations or issues we are dealing with in our waking life....What better way to get your attention then to make yourself dream somehting that really grabs you ya know..
