I HATE working out!

That's it, done, I hate it! And it's not like I haven't tried, either! No sir! For a full 3 months I did 30 minutes of Stairstepping a day, it was rigorous! And then for 2 months I went rollerblading everyday, and for a month I went jogging everyday! I have TRIED excersizing, but i HATE it. It DOESN'T make me feel good (Guess my endorphins are retarded) it only makes me feel exhausted and tired and worse for the wear. I hate it. So my question is: what are ways to get into shape without having to do rigorous excersizing because I can't stand to do it?

Hello! I hate to work out too cos I easily get fatigue. I would just do brisk walking and if I'm in the mood to go to the mall for some window-shopping, it's another way to burn calories by just walking around. Try sauna bath, you will sweat a lot from there without doing anything. I am not sure if you're on a diet, but if you are, try out some healthy, low-fat recipes or drink some slimming tea. Happy Mylotting!

Do you really need to get into shape? I mean based from your photo, you look sexy enough for me! Way sexy. But to answer your question, you lie down in bed then lift your feet altogether. Do this 15 times or as many as you can but don't strain or you might hurt your back. Hands flat on the bed by the way. You can do this when you're about to sleep. It may be longshot but it will compliment your abs soon.

Thanks!!! you know I already do this sometimes it's the funniest thing you mention it! it's good to feel that "good sore" where it's not because you got hit or something it's because you've been using those muscles!!

You just need to find the right kind of exercise that makes you happy... If you don't find any kind of exercise enjoyable, simple stop using your car and start walking to places. It won't feel like exercise and you'll save money on gas. There are such a wide variety of activities that can help you lose weight, maybe swimming? I just bought a Gazelle for $60 and I love it, I push it in front of the TV and watch some MTV while I use it for an hour and it feels like I haven't done anything at all. As for feeling exhausted and tired, maybe that is a nutrition issue. Carbohydrates and protein are necessary to give you the energy you need to exercise. I hope this helps you! I have found SparkPeople.com very helpful in my weight loss and it has helped me get a better idea of what I am eating and how many calories can be burned doing simple activities that I do every day.

I like to working up but I am too lazy to do it at home or for work up for myself, I need to be into a gym to be able to work up, I was doing very well at gym some months ago but I stopped from going to the gym, I think I will join again soon, because I want to get some muscles, I think it is good for my health since I spend many time sitting in front the computer and I don't want to get sick from it, I think maybe you should to try just walking, instead to stairstepping, my mom lost a lot of weight just for walking, and maybe you would change you diet too, eating maybe baked chicken instead fried and so on.

Maybe you need to change the type of exercise you are doing. Mix it up! Do you swim, bike ride, play volleyball or basketball? Try something different. Walks one day and aerobics the next? Jump out of the box!!

I don't have time or access to pools and parks really, but if I could swim everyday I would!! Yeah, I love swimming. I try jumping out of the box, and everything just tires me and makes me feel miserable anyways, but thanks for letting me know to mix it up, maybe I can find a couple of things that I like, and then mix those up everyday! Thanks!
