There has been a major changes in the life style of the Indian middle class with the new features imparted on it by the participation of the womenfolk in the job market in large number. Gone are the days when the husband was to mean the outdoor services and the indoor services were reserved for the wives. Wives were to accept the status that despite rendering more than eight hours services within the four walls they were not paid a coin and as no coin was earned by them they had a very humble position in the family although many of the husbands were very loving and broadminded. Still in the affair of child care and household jobs those husbands had the idea that they were not for those jobs and that the unemployed wives were to look after those. Now days have been changed and changing. I want to know if the husbands have begun to consider that they are also to pay services towards the household matters including the child care or if they have started getting engaged in those without any grumbling uttered or not uttered.
