What can i do with some CAD's in my PP acc?

Well i have been doing some PTC till i noticed they pay in CAD (canadian dollar) but now i have like 2$ i each one an they are 4 sites. Does it worth it to get the $10 Payout? What can i do with the money? Is there a safe way to convert them to dollars? Can i still buy thing like memberships that are for example 10 dollars, paying in CAD?
