Any good site for free or open source software?

I start to found out the advantage of the free software these days, so could you recommend some good site for these software? I am using Open Office, FireFox and Thunderbird now, not an ad, I just think they are awesome.

SourceForge.net I believe is the main repository of this open source applications you could dig so many of theme there, but for commonly use apps you could visit portableapps.com. Freeware open source is really gaining momentum in popularity these days.
