Way to stream us-based TV shows for free?

I am currently abroad and missing my favorite shows like the Office and Heroes. I cannot figure out if there is a site I can use to stream them for free. Any ideas? Thank you soooo much!

There are several different websites you can go to to view your shows for free. However, I cannot guarantee that these sites will have all of the shows you want to watch. For instance, you can use VeohTV, or even surfthechannel.com. A lot of these sites tend to stream video from other sites, but I ahve found the pictures to be pretty clear. Occassionally you have to deal with subtitles and such but it is not so bad. Anyways, the two mentioned are ones I use regularly when I want to catch episodes of my favorites, especially since I no longer have tv.

There are none that I can think of right off the back, but you could try the official "Heroes" website...

Just wondering, is it illegal to watch streaming vids online for free. It's after all a copy right infringement. But you can try a link, I can't really remember but it's something like tv-link.co.uk.
