Do people tell your secrets?

My friends have been blabbing lately, but not anything really bad, though. I forgive them because I am really bad at keeping my mouth shut too, it's just like an impulse. It just happens! The situations in which my friends blabbed are too complicated to tell about, but I feel like telling you. There was a bit of exciting news, you see? So I tell one friend, don't tell friend number two, I want to tell her myself. However, just tell her that I have some news to tell her. But, she told her. I need to give that one a talking to. The one who got told the news, well, this piece of news caused her to blab about something else, but since the situation is so complicated, I can't really explain it. Anyway, does this happen to you or are my friends just blabbermouths?

Hi Sheepie,
You should know who to trust when telling secrets, the best thing is not to tell at all, so I can say your friend cannot keep a secrets.

I've learned the hard way to not tell secrets. For one thing, you are burdening someone with something they didn't ask for. For another, expecting someone to keep a secret isn't rational.
I've had friends that betrayed my confidences, it's a rare person who doesn't. They don't mean to, they're just human with big mouths! I keep my secrets to myself.
