Have you heard about retrogression? This happens when visa applications exceeds the maximum limit of available visa being allocated for a certain fiscal year.So that the first batch of applicants will be given their visa and the remaining will wait for the time the visa will be available again. The most people affected are the skilled workers. Their immigration status will become pending. The US senators and other group of people keep on battling now about how to solve the immigration problem. In your own opinion, how can this problem be solve?
