Do you always use slippers rather than rubber shoes?

Yes I do, mainly coz I have huge feet and have difficulty finding shoes that fit well~ And secondly, coz it's too hot here and I don't like the idea of wearing capris and shorts with bulky cross-trainers

I know slippers are are very popular here. However, I still get scared of wearing just that when I go out. One, sometimes, we go somewhere without any plan. i always think of the thought "what if slippers aren't allowed to that place?". i use them when i know I am just going to stay in one place or I know I won't be too far away from my house.

It depends where I'm going. If i'm going to mass, I may use closed shoes or sandals or a pair of shoes that is proper with my attire which is usually more or less smart casual. If i'm going to the supermart or grocery or to the mall, i may use slippers or flats or walking shoes. If I am going out to jog or for a brisk walk I usually put on my rubber shoes but basically, i prefer to use slippers or step ins when I go somewhere which does not require a more proper pair of footwear. i agree slippers or step ins are very very comfortable.

Before, I am comfortable just wearing flip flops than rubber shoes. If I wear rubber shoes I felt like my feet can't move freely. But now I am wearing shoes everyday..because it's cold here now and I do walking everyday. It was funny when the first month I got here because it was cold and still snowing and I realized I was the only one wearing slippers wherever I go.

I usually wear low-heeled sandals (open-toed with straps). Just as comfortable and cooling, the straps will make sure that my shoes don't drop off if I walk fast or run. However, if I am going to do a lot of walking, then I would have to wear rubber shoes, more comfortable on the feet.

I generally prefer to wear open foot shoes which has straps so that foot doesn't sweat and remains fresh and dry. However the basic and most important requirement in the shoes that i wear is it must have a back strap so that the show doesn't fall off while walking fast or riding bike..... However for formal wear i only prefer closed formal shoes, and sometimes also depends upon the outfit i am wearing...

We are the same my friend,i like using slippers and i feel so comfortable.I do wear shoes if i have my appointment and attending parties but definitely if i'm home and going to mall,i usually wear slippers.I have a dozen pair of slippers.
