I like to read story books before I go to bed . Atlest one page I read every day .

Yup, that's the only time I can get to read a book on working days. I love to curl up with a book, and read until my eyes get too tired. It's only on weekends (provided no work or appointments) that I can read the whole day!

sometimes my mind was filled with many things,and i just can't fall asleep.then i will find a book and read until i fall asleep with the light on.

I've always read before I went to sleep. In my family it was the only thing to do especially because we didn't have air conditioning when I was growing up. I'd rather sweat it out with a good books then toss and turn all night. DCMerkle

Sometimes, I like to curl up with a book to unwind with. But, I hardly use the book to help me go to sleep. I will read one right before bedtime though..
