seniors vs. juniors !!!

what do you think about that???in recent times,there are many discussions going on about this topic.many people saying that all members should be young persons.but we should not forget senior members like sachin,ganguly,kumble,dravid.they are playing very good till now.sachin and saurav has made lot of runs in last 2 years and kumble has made a game from where india can win match.and now everybody saying that young are the best but they could not have done well if there were not players like sachin in australia ,saurav in south africa and against pakistan at home,kumble in australia.and also last england tour.many young players have done great work such as rohit sharma,dhoni,ishant sharma,pravin kumar.gautam gambhir.but there should be combination of youth and mature ones.whats your opinion??
