I found an easy way to cut up apples..

I actually had quite a few good apples this year! I don't know if it's because of the sevin dust I spread around or because there were more apples.. but I've been happily slicing apples up for the freezer and for apple crisp. I found out that it's much faster and easier to simply keep peeling the apple, or that is to say, keep cutting the apple like I'm peeling it. The apples break up just fine from being cooked. I just love finding new time savers. Do you have quick and easy time savers to share?
