What is a good gift to give my husband for our 17th wedding anniversary?

I am at a loss as to what to get him. He doesn't wear any jewelry other than his wedding ring, and couldn't care less about clothes. He likes had tools, but he has about a million. He is picky and I don't want to waste time or money. Any ideas would be helpful!

Do something romatic with just you and him. Have a nice dinner with candlelight, play some soft music and make him a special favorite dessert. If he likes music maybe give him a CD by his favorite singer or a nice new jacket.
