Do you learn from your mistake or you regret?

Sometimes in life we make wrong decision,make mistake.Life is about learning lessons, and not regretting. We cannot change the past...but we can control what we do now and in the future...move forward and take lessons.Do you learn from your mistake or regret?How much it's true?

I know I've made a lot of mistakes and I learn from them,beacuse I don't wont to make that mistake again. Some mistakes I do regret because they were bad mistakes, I learn form thoes two.

Its a matter of perception, you can cry over & over again or else it can be a building blocks in pursuit of your goals.

in the first instance after committing a mistake i regret it first and this feeling is for a shorter period of time and i then soon start thinking that how to learn from it and to capitalize on it. it is a kind of motivation for me and drives me forward and i have learned from many and we humans make many so it is a constant learning process for me but i never TRY to repeat a mistake.
