I a job interview the question, "how do you see your self 2,5,10 years from now?" is always, if not constant, ask. How do you answer this question? For me this is how I answer this question, "I see my self (year) from now to be still working with this company(company 'apply at) who provided me career growth. I could be the team leader, supervisor, manager (depending on the year) of this company." If the HR ask for two years only this would be my answer, "I see my self two years from now still working with this company, I could be a team leader or I'd be taking your place. Because I believe by that time you'd also be promoted to a higher position." How about you guys? How do you answer this question? Thanks for posting!! Happy Mylotting!!!
