Jazzercise part 2

I started a discussion about a week ago that I am interested inthis new fitness program that I found near our area. It is Jazzercise. So I did try it. It was an hour class. It started on time and we did the routines. I did not find the steps hard at all. They were easy to follow. Considering that it was my first time to join a fitness class, I did not feel overwhelmed or afraid at all. When I inquired about it, the lady assigned talked to me pleasantly. She explained each detail carefully. Even asked if I have any questions. Since I did not bring anything but myself on that day, they lent me a mat and a set of weights. The lady said that they have extras provided for people who walk in but she suggested that if I am going to do it regularly, I'm better off having my own mat. After all, I don't want to lie down on a mat with other people's sweat, right?! I had fun doing the routines and although all of them are in the upper range when it comes to age, they were very friendly and plesant. So, I guess I'll be sticking to this fitness class. I am hoping that I could stay committed to this.

That sounds very interesting, I was looking at various DVD's just the other week and a few them were sort of dance type routines, I think it would be very good and easy as well, I hope you stick with it and so well..
