hi friends, i love cookies a lot and i want to make some cookies at home. i love chocolate a lot and would be happy if friends from mylot would share some of the recipie tey know. thanks and enjoy eating cookies.

I just love chocolate too. I have a recipe of biscuit that I like to share. whole almond roasted. Cookie dough: 1 cup corn flour, 1/2 butter, 1 cup plain wheat flour, 1 tsp of vanilla essence, 1 egg, 1 cup almond powder and 1/2 cup of icing sugar. Mix the dough well and if its sticks to your hands just add in some almond powder. Take a bit of the dough and put the a roasted almond in. Roll and bake in the oven 180 degrees Celsius 10 to 15 minutes. As for the topping just put a chocolate bar in double boiler. Add in 1 spoonful of butter and a little bit of orange rinds. Coat the biscuits with chocolate and sprinkle some almond bits on them. My kid loves it.
