Yum, love tamales! I had a hot dog, fried egg plant and some sort of flavored wild rice. Which was interesting because I had not had egg plant before. Someone gave it to us. I might try it again, cooked a different way. It as just too greasy for me.

well, i worked tonight until 11:00, and i was too busy to make dinner there, so i ate a tv dinner when i got home- stouffer's fettucini alfredo. :) stouffer's has pretty good dinners for frozen food.
