If you work full time how to you find time to excercise and keep fit when yuo have to go out to work every day?
I'm lucky working from home I can walk around the house alot, walk the children to school and go on the treadmill inbeteen phone calls.

When I was working full time, the place where I worked had a swimming pool and I used to swim for an hour every day after work. As well as that, I was able to walk to and from work so I got lots of exercise. However, I am now only working part time and I have to drive quite a distance so there is no hope of walking and getting any exercise. Everyday, I notice my clothes getting a little tighter and I keep telling myself I should get more exercise. However, I would much rather sit here in my comfy chair and read respond to discussions on myLot.

Well, I do work Full Time, so for me finding time to get some excercise as in walking can be hard to do. As I am also Diabetic it is very important for me to get some walking in to help keep the circulation flowing, etc. But what I try to do, is go shopping at some of the bigger Grocery Stores at least once a week, and then also go to the Mall or somewhere if it is raining and walk around to get some excercise. I try to get out at least 2-3 times a week and find it helps in a lot of other ways as well.
