I am suffering through the BS as I type this. If it were not for my childs Civics teacher telling the students that they must watch this, I would not watch it, I do not care much for debates of any kind. Yes, I will be voting next month

She learned that Obama is tall and has big ears, like me She liked Obama already so she liked just about everything he said. She didn't pay that much attention to McCain but she did write some notes to hopefully satisfy her teacher

Well, I did watch most of it, and will probably watch next Wednesday nights final debate as well. I just hope next weeks debate is not just the same old with McCain and him refusing to say anything new their he has not already stated before. He scares me, and I only thought he would be a better speaker than he is as well instead of putting all the blame on Obama and not wanting to take any himself. For his own good, he is too much like Bush.

I do vote and I have already made my decision on all of the things we will be voting at in our town. I dont need to see these people argue anymore. I am really getting tired of it. I feel like we have to choose between a bunch of kids running for office. I hope they grow up when they reach the office.

My spouse called me from work to remind me. I watched some and then got inspired to post two political discussions. I love debates for that reason. Lots to dispute and argue about.

I watched it but know what (I am not going into the 'who did whats!) but why was it only 1 minute given for the guys to talk? The moderator threw out a question and the candidates were suppose to respond within 1 minute - obviously neither did, but how could they? All the qustions were more complicated than a minute could accomodate.. so why 1 minute? Both apparently agreed on the limit....what's the deal with that?

I really dont know why only one minute they should have knew it would take longer than that to answer and it did,I really dont think they answered any questions that were asked really they just did their own thing. You have a great night and thanks for the response.

Yes I will watch and I always vote. I feel I can't complain if I don't try to make a difference.

I am watching it right now, bfarrier1. Honestly, I'm glazing over trying to stay with it. I think I have maxed out on all this. Tonight will not effect my decision, I will be making up my own mind based on things that are important too me.

Thanks for the reminder. Yes, I'll be watching, at least initially. I don't know if I'll be able to make it through the whole thing or not. Yes, I vote, and I will be again this year.
