What are the things you do to avoid mistakes done before?

If I recognize the mistake I dont repeat it. the main problem it when I dont see it as a mistake I can be sooo stuburn sometimes LOL

if do the past mistake again it is a great shame to all..i think like this..so this thinking itself keep me ,doing hte same thing again..other then this..i will pray to god..i should not do these things again like that..but somtimes i used to repeat the same..this is bad to say..have nice time in mylot
