love your job??

Well, I wouldn't go say far as to say LOVE- but it works for me. I think the thing I like most about it -that keeps me here (for 10 years) is the fact that I work 3rd shift and am alone for most of that time -and don't have to deal with others bull... I answer phones all night long- so I talk to all manner of people and some can be frustrating. some calls are for Doctors -hospital -police dept's so somethimes my job can have much meaning and importance. it pays well- if not great and again that is because I work 3rd shift and get a shift differential (otherwise- not enough pay.) I also get to use the internet while here- so it's good. :) I sometimes take a part time job- to do something I love. I took a job at a kennel for almost 3 years to work with animals -but when they changed management it stopped being fun so I left. You are right sometimes money is not everything- especially if you are miserable. Good luck to you.

Hi jolope! its sad to hear that you are not enjoying your job right now. its hard looking for a job nowadays. be thankful that you have a job. its also hard to find a "perfect" work and workplace. there will always be a problem. as for me, i enjoy my job right now. its just a matter of choice. hope you'll find the right job for you. take care

you have to love your job, you have to enjoy what you are doing at work for you to become successful and happier in life... if you are not happy with it, it would be sad and less productive...
