hackers and law

for at least 3 decades old there are time for government to develop and approve cyber crime laws. and i guest all developed countries have an anti hacking legislations and laws to prosecute cyber criminals. but in my view though government done a very good effort in doing this there are still, or i guess plenty of them that really violates it.

i think hackers and laws regarding that must be made very strict. because recenty one of my friends mail id was also hacked by someone. and we friends are getting adult material through his mail. we have not complained yet. but we informed all our friends regarding this issue and and they removed(blocked) his id from their
mail. and now my friend has opened a new id and in security issues he is now taking a lot of care.
